Instructions
Brown Butter Ice Cream
  1. Melt butter in a light-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The butter will foam and begin to form amber-colored speckles on the bottom of the pan after about 7 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and pour into a heat-proof bowl. Let cool for about 10 minutes, until room temperature.
  2. Mix browned butter with sweetened condensed milk, set aside.
  3. Whip cream with stand or handheld mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold 1 c of whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Then fold 1/2 of the condensed milk mixture back into the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Add the remaining condensed milk mixture and toffee bits and gently fold until mixed.
  5. Pour ice cream base into either 2 loaf pans or 1 8×8 pan, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Grilled Peaches
  1. Right before serving, prepare the peaches. In a small bowl, mix together butter and brown sugar. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium high heat.
  2. Place peach halves non-cut side down and cook for 3 minutes. Brush cut sides with butter/sugar mixture and flip peaches to cook cut-side down for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately with ice cream.
