Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum and spray with non-stick baking spray.
  2. Line crackers edge-to-edge on the sheet, filling the entire sheet as best you can.
  3. Over low heat, mix sugar and butter. Stir constantly and bring to boil for 4 minutes. Take off heat and pour sugar/butter mixture over crackers.
  4. Spread toffee mixture evenly over crackers. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and smooth again over crackers. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let sit for a few minutes allowing them to completely melt.
  6. Once chocolate has melted, smooth out chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles (or other toppings).
  7. Refrigerate until firm (approximately 2 hours). Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Recipe Notes
  1. Light brown sugar will work as well if you don’ have dark brown.
  2. Store in refrigerator.
