Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and pour into an 8×8 pan. Pour graham cracker crumbs into the pan, mix and press into a crust. *1
  3. Layer the coconut evenly over the crust.
  4. Spread chocolate chips on top of coconut.
  5. Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk on top of the chocolate chips and use a rubber spatula if necessary to fill in any spaces with the condensed milk.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely for at least 3 hours.
  8. Cut into 1 inch squares and store in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes
  1. You may need to adjust the amount of graham cracker crumbs and/or butter to get the crust to the right consistency.
